    Pros

Great work-life balance. Great management team (with the exception of one). Company loves to offer special incentives to earn extra pay. Company vehicle offered that you can take home each day. Multiple training classes offered at very nice places. Company paid gas cards. Company iphone and ipad offered for use on routes.

    Cons

Most often than not you will work long hours. One Saturday required each month. Commission based and pay is depending on how many homes you service, a reschedule or cancel can really drop pay drastically. You will sometimes work after dark, which makes it harder to treat. You start off with a base salary if you start as a start tech and then you move to production when you have a route and sometimes you actually make more money as a start tech depending on your route. Monthly ghost inspections are ride alongs are done and they can become very annoying. One manager expects your truck to be spotless EACH DAY despite you working out of your truck each day and simply getting it back dirty each time and what makes it worse is she doesn't even keep a clean truck. You may have to take over a bad route and most bad routes end up with a lot of cancels and that will ultimately affect how much you will be paid even if you have nothing to do with the cancels.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees. A monthly ride a long is not necessary, especially if you have a technician who receives little to no complaints on their services. Save ride a long for technicians who have a difficulty servicing homes. Increase production percentage to compensate for the long hours worked.

    Pros

You make okay money, but at a cost.

    Cons

That money your making will buy your happiness. Micro managed worse than any you have ever experienced. They expect you to put them before family, yet they wouldn't expect that from management. Route managers are not managers at all, just micromanaged technitins.

    Advice to Management

Treat others like you wanna be treated.
