ProsCan do attitudes in organisation, great communication between staff & management, a pragmatic approach taken to leadership, an opportunity to make a difference, plenty of opportunities at junior levels of the organisation.

ConsA lack of senior opportunities at mid to senior management level, lack of investment in systems; is not really sure what it stands for.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe business needs a review of its HR team - it often acts (or doesn't) in a way detrimental to the progression of the business, rather than the facilitation of management needs.
