    I worked at Honda as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

    i love working at honda because i really learn a lot..and it makes me getting more interested on their products

    Cons

    i dont think honda has a downside..because people their are nice and treated each other as a one family working in a sss house( sales, spareparts, shop). its like a one stop shop were in all your needs for your car or motorcycle are there already..

    I worked at Honda full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good benefit, equality(e.g Even CEO eat what operator eat during annual dinner,wear same uniform;), moderate flexibility, active in sport especially football and netball, a lot of activity (e.g team-building, training, sports carnival,family day), good facilities(e.g laundry for uniform,cafeteria,football field,training centre building)

    Cons

    favorable employee by superior during performance evaluation and bonus, interference by manufacturing management in administration and human resource management,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not engage and interfere in administration and human resource management, because employee especially operator thought that they do not get the best service and attention in term of benefit or bonus or increment because of bad administration and human resource plan.
