Current Employee – been working at Honeywell ACS
Pros – Global business with collaborative input taken from customers in many markets, which is used to define and deliver innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Business knowledge is required and used in every step of every interaction. Honeywell employees as a result are well qualified to work in many roles.
Cons – Global solutions can result in lowest common denominator being developed and hence not a perfect solution for each individual. This negative consequence is always considered in STRAP plans
