Honeywell ACS – “Honeywell treats people as a number but at least with good benefits”
Pros
The compensation and benefits package are excellent.
Cons
Beyond the material things, this is still large corporation.
Advice to Senior Management
Be realistic in setting sales goals. Learn from mistakes of the past in regards to unkept promises to customers.
