“Corporation in Change”
Former Employee – worked at Honeywell Aerospace full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Stable company with great growth potential. Competative compensation package in US and Europe. Diverse workforce with many opportunities for contributions leading to advancement.
Cons – Focus has shifted too much away from a best-n-breed product and customer satisfaction centric to become primarily globalization push (cost reduction) and share holder profit centric. A US based company that has moved over 50% of operations away from home and appears driven to continue this trend....profit, profit, profit.
Advice to Senior Management – Reverse the trend and concentrate on helping America and Americans.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
