“Ok place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Honeywell Aerospace full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – The office is located in a nice area, and it's a casual, friendly and safe workplace, The company is very stable, but it is a large company, so bureaucracy should be expected.
Cons – No showers for the workout room, minimal cafeteria, bland atmosphere (yet another cubical farm). Health benefits are getting much worse every year.
Advice to Senior Management – Spending more on amenities could save on costs of re-hiring new people.
