“Professionally challenging, lots of variety and personal input allowed”
Current Employee – been working at Honeywell International
Pros – Upper management is open to changes and new ideas; middle management supports staff input and is open to new views
Cons – This particular segment struggles with the transition from a small to mid-size company to the constraints of working for a worldwide organization. There is much resistance from the rank and file to changes from the environment that has been in place for many years.
Advice to Senior Management – Staff that is unwilling to work towards the future need to be removed and replaced with employees who are not so resistent to change
