Cons

Terrible Leadership and lack of respect for workers. They are intent on sending all jobs overseas though there seems to be little technical or financial reason for doing so. They layoff all of the workers and then wonder why they have so much trouble getting things done and why no one wants to work there. They no longer provide a "holiday dinner" at Xmas. The mis-manage programs and under-staff projects and then expect employees to bail them out with free overtime.

Advice to Senior Management

You guys are traitors. When are YOU moving to India? Have you ever bothered to add up all of the expenses due to using emerging market labor? They have no clue what they are doing. They leave as soon as they learn how to do anything, and they screw up everything they touch. How could this possibly pay off?
