Pros

Enormous scale operations with great training opportunities.

Cons

Terrible health plans, terrible retirement, low comparable salaries, no pension at all, several managers that do not have a clue what is going on...

Advice to Management

Providing incentive to retain talent would increase plant yields and production numbers more so than any other capital improvements dollar for dollar.

    Pros

Established great relationships with industry leaders in the multifamily direct industry.

    Cons

no chance for internal advancement, unrealistic managers who will take no feedback from the field reps if it is not what they want to hear. Managers spend money on useless resources and then cut employees once they get a pay advance in order to manage the budget. Lots of internal politics and unfair means of holding employees accountable. Hire you as a contractor and tell you they will advance you if you perform but then never do. Limit how many miles a contractor can drive but then tell you that you aren't working hard enough.

    Advice to Management

Management should invest in keeping quality employees rather than hire through a third party contracting agreement in order to "churn and burn" people through.
