I have been working at Honeywell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Really good employees to work with.

    Cons

Employees scared of management about unethical situations that has gone on, on the production floor. They are afraid If they bring things up to management then they fear for loosing their jobs later. Most employees are not happy working there and just waiting for opportunities to happen for them so they can move on. Racist jokes and comments constantly occurs on the floor. Some management folks are having relationships with hourly employees. Benefits arent the greatest. Company doesnt value and respect the relationships with hourly and some lower management employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company needs to clean house with upper management (e.g. plant manager, hr manager). and start fresh with a new management team that truly cares about the people on the floor, and show some kind of concerns to address some serious problems that occurs at this plant.
