I have been working at Honeywell full-time (more than 10 years)

Good Pay is all they offer, but it comes at a price that is too high, family.

No work life balance. When you look up work life balance under the Honeywell Total Rewards section it points to VACATION time. That is what Honeywell considers work life balance, they give you vacation days. They do not tell you they expect you to work on your faction, take calls and attend meetings via phone. They do not tell you that they expect total sacrifice 7 days a week 12-18 hour days. Honeywell does not care about people of their families. They only care about getting the shareholder more money every quarter. The CEO in doing layoffs, no merit increases and riffs this coming quarter to improve margin, regardless of how it was the employees that got them the huge profits. Honeywell cannot sustain this pace, the people are burning out and the ethics and morals are gone.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back to what makes companies great, the people. Stop declaring the almighty dollar is all that matters. Stop forcing people into the Political Action Committees to improve your place in government pockets.
