I have been working at Honeywell full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good training; like any big company, had all the resources to make sure you were successful. Very good with processes, procedures, documentation which is good preparation if you go to another company.

    Cons

As a public company, they are very concerned with the bottom line at the expense of their employees. Very quick to cut employees for the "good of the company."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a big company, employees do not feel that they have a voice or any part in decision making.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
