    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to people, present management is making actual employees hate their work and not care for the company, management only cares for results and not the people behind the work. Basic needs are not satisfied working as an outsourced agent. Employees used to have 30 minutes for lunch in a 9hour shift, allowed time for bathroom still is 15min a day and if you speak Spanish (local language) you get punished with having breaks removed from your shift. Is this normal? oh and upper management likes to waste working time talking about your behavior while work is being affected. Harassment included. It is sad to see this happen only because the team is outsourced.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
