    Hard skill and soft skill training is second to none.

    Cons

    Money can be tight. Seems like HR is only there to keep salaries low.

    Most of the people are good to work with and are good at their jobs

    Cons

    Wrong supervisors in the wrong positions. Supervisors try to run the repair business just like a manufacturing plant and it does not work
