    Dynamic, International, excellent personal growth opportunity, variety, good processes and procedures, intelligent and professional people, good products, able to deliver tangible results - action oriented

    Cons

    High matrix organization so multiple bosses can be challenging , lot of outsourcing so need to coordinate a lot remotely, fast pace, very lean so limited resources, very tough performance targets and high expectations, accountable without always having control

    Be more selective and reduce the number of initiatives so that scarce resources are directed to where there is real value added
