I worked at Honeywell full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. People who wants to Learn more process work especially who aim for becoming project managers good place.

    2. Less customization's only out of the box so who hates coding can enjoy the life by simple technical works

    3. Encourages the employees to come up with more innovations but with out proper infrastructure

    Cons

    1. Never Ever join as a contract employee with any of vendors like Magna Infotech, ASM, Trigent , ITC Infotech ...etc to Honeywell for Madurai or Bangalore Locations.

2 These vendors look for their benefit and put the employees under contract basis for Honeywell and while processing resumes to Honeywell they keep telling u will under permanent payroll of Honeywell if you are performing well after 6-8 months.

    4. Contract will never enjoy the benefits of Honeywell as they are not part of Honeywell payroll, of course when

    3. Honeywell Follows one good policy after 8 months either u hire him under direct payroll or throw the contract employee out and these guys .

    4. Honeywell follows such a policy that unless the resource is Very very critical to the project manager and he will consider for Permanent payroll but again Management will say no why do you want new resource into Honeywell there are other employees why can't you search internally itself. It will be under hold and if the management is not able to find suitable resource for the project and if the project is for long run at-least the new resource is able to get chargeablity for more than 1 and half years continuously

    5. Priority to the Process at any cost, management says follow the process,...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always looking for cost cuttings , which is hurting the employees,

Dr. Krishna Mikkilineni was quite Good and simple Guy and most admirable guy,

Lots of Changes in policies from Management after change in management from Krishna Mikkilinene to Suresh Venkatarayulu which is leading to more employees Quiting and looking for changes
