    A company of creating proprietary processes that are useless in industry

    Pros

    It is nice to have a job to put food on the table, but search for another job quickly before your skills are obsolete.

    Cons

    All processes are copied existing standards that are regurgitated in a more verbose style. Training on the original standards such as DO-178B would be much better than creating internal standards that map to the original. Internal training is very poor. Working here is a good springboard to find another job, but find another job quickly before the skills are obsolete. This organization does not understand that 3rd party certification and training is much better than their internal training. Also this company suffers from a high degree of nepotism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Send all employees to outside experts for training. Do not waste resources on internal training. It is tainted and the internal trainers are not qualified.

    Pros

    Strong company with cashflow to grow, but only overseas

    Cons

    much of everything is going overseas. Very small bonuses if any. CEO blames it on economy but yet telling stockholders and employees we are doing record sales. go figure. Process driven to the point it effects the customer resolution time

    share the wealth and try to look more outside the box when it comes to writing protocols
