Honeywell Once a Great Employer Now a So-So Employer

ProsGreat work environment, great managers

ConsCareer growth hindered by HR due to possible jumps in pay ranges. If you are the best qualified candidate there seems to always be a cap to how much of a promotion you can get which still puts you at the very bottom of that job titles bracket. Medical coverage is horrible, but then again its not Honeywell's fault...

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: My colleagues where just exceptional talented people, a true team… Cons: Honeywell is no longer customer service driven. It is now a revenue driven. Causing unethical behavior, should be investigated… Advice to Senior Management: Stop the unethical behavior in HBS No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
