    Pros

Management tries to have control of work force; but they don't. All right have been crossed

    Cons

Not given an opportunity to advance or even learn any other areas

    Pros

Big company with lots of resources, good starting pay, flexible schedule.

    Cons

Benefits are not great, only average at best. There is little opportunity for advancement, and the merit increase system is a joke. Unless you get promoted (not likely) you can't even keep up with inflation. Management has conflicting goals. Most only care about revenue at the expense of everything else.

    Advice to Management

Realize that it's the lowest level employees that make this company go, not revenue. Revenue exists BECAUSE of those employees and NOT in spite of them. Driving us past the point of possibility actually hurts your revenue, not the other way around like you think.
