I have been working at Honeywell

    Pros

    1. More process oriented.
    2. At least X hours of mandatory trainings per year.
    3. You can have a proper work life balance

    Cons

    1. Very less importance given to technical guys
    2. Less transparency in people management roles
    3. Employee benefits are less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management need to encourage and motivate technical guys. Tech guys are not given enough importance compared to people managers. More and more employees are moving to either people management role or moving out of organization for better opportunities.
