- Supervisors always recognize efforts
- Easy to get time off or pick up more hours
- Best flight benefits around

Cons – - Limited advancement
- Bureaucratic attendance policies
- Uncompromising schedules
- Uniforms ill-fit for all inclement weather
- Often understaffed

Advice to Senior Management – Listen sincerely to the suggestions put forth from employees or at least thoroughly explain why they won't work so that all are on the same page.
