Former Employee – worked at Horn Group full-time for more than a year

Pros – At Horn you get to work with and learn from a lot of smart people. You have the opportunity to carve your own career path, and they give you the resources to help you achieve your goals along the way. The clients are very interesting and because they are in the tech industry, this allows you to be super creative in your communications efforts. The best part about Horn is the culture - it's a work hard/play hard environment and you get to work with awesome and interesting people who always have your back no matter what.

Cons – The company's clientele is constantly growing and sometimes the number of staff doesn't always line up with the number of clients. This can put you on 7 - 8 accounts at times. While this may seem like a lot, Horn provides the right resources to make this as easy on you as possible. Also, you're constantly working in a very fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, so if you're someone who needs a TON of structure, then Horn might not be the place for you.
