I have been working at Hornblower Cruises and Events

    Pros

Tons of fun people to work with and many different exciting events to work each week. If you're looking to work in a banquet-style restaurant this may be the place for you. Great hourly pay.

    Cons

Not the best tips and a great deal of mandatory days. Work almost every holiday and weekend. Not all coworkers pull their weight and management doesn't do much to change that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and appreciate them more. We work extremely hard for the company so a little appreciation would go a long way.
