Pros

I enjoyed working at Hospira. It was a very professional company. The company gives plenty of training to make sure you feel capable of all jobs.

Cons

Hospira has lots of work to do so those in manufacturing may have to work a lot of overtime. I didn't mind because they pay great for overtime.

Advice to Management

I like how they hire people through Kelly Services now, but some of the people hired have bad attitudes.

    Pros

Some of the local IT resources are clearly skilled and work in their skillset. Business unit workers were friendly and personable, if not horrifically overworked.

    Cons

The resources through Wipro are so embarrassingly bad it was uncomfortable. Absolutely no technical resources encountered were ever accountable to a business unit. Every piece of work is considered a project, and no projects get past the approval process unless involving a well-connected requester.

    Advice to Management

When your service provider cannot manage to fulfill basic IT services beyond a password reset, some major changes are in order

    Pros

Nice office location thats all about it.

    Cons

Nothing to learn, really there is no meaning of calling it as a "Software Company", good for people who are at the retirement age as it is a good place to rest and chat with colleagues, the internship program here is the worst than even a garage company, no opportunity of being rolled over to full time, joining here will be like risking your career, at the end of your contract you won't learn anything nor you will be in a position to crack the interviews of other companies. Its better to stay back at home, rather than working in such a company. No respect for employees. Good for people who are willing to end their career.

    Advice to Management

Rather than taking up meetings whole day, assign some better work for your employees from which they can learn something out of it.
