learned how to make different types of hospital equipment, including adding software

Cons

These are things that a technician does, so the pay and the raises were not good

learn how to communicate with the contractors working on the floor, don't just think about yourselves

    Pros

    401K match
    Salaries very competitive
    Not much else to speak of

    Cons

    Horrible Directors allowed to do nothing, take credit for your work, and then fire you for no reason.
    Leadership is a mess
    No Bonus, or tiny bonus for 3 years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop the bleeding, do 360 evaluations on all director and above management and cut the bad eggs. Mike Ball needs to start reviewing all resumes like Yahoo and Google do. B managers hiring C people.
