“Solid, honest leadership committed to change!”
Current Employee – been working at Hospira full-time for less than a year
Pros – I have never worked with a more dedicated group of senior leaders who get it, know what has to happen, and are committed to drive positive change.
Cons – There are some rough times ahead as the company fixes problems laid down by leaders of the
past several yars.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay the course and rely on your team, they really do know what they are doing. Especially Quality, Medical, and Regulatory.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
