I have been working at Hospital Corporation of America

Pros

HCA Has some of the best health benefits. Working for the corporate office is the best option. The giving back to the community is wonderful.

Cons

HCA corporate campus has a totally different feel and professionalism than any of their off site buildings. IF possible get hired to the main campus because the Metroplex buildings are all highly political and still very good ole boy mindset.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a corporate review done every year and the employees clearly express their dis satisfaction with management yet the same people are left in charge. Go back to doing exit interviews to see why your top talent is leaving.

    Managers are amazingly friendly & helpful with providing feedback on important issues.

    Cons

    Dealing with upset employees gets a bit tiring & having to use so many different applications.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get more people working up in Corporate to help process tickets faster. It helps make the Service Desk issues be resolved quicker. Right now it's taking almost 2 days to fix a single issue.
