lower mgmt was flexible with scheduling needs and very supportive of my educational goals
tight knit family-like atmosphere
good benefits
room to grow within the company

fair compensation compared to industry standard, but still a little lacking
too much pressure to collect money from patients

    Pros

    Starting rates were ok, comparable to other FL hospitals. The floor I was working at was great!

    No nursing techs to support us.
