I worked at Hospital Corporation of America part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Big Company with many locations, work hours flexible, good benefits.... that's about it.

    Cons

Micromanagement, incompetent Managers, unorganized, high turnover

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you don't enjoy being a leader, don't take a position as a manager. Don't make your staff feel like they are "putting you out" when they have a mere question. You (managers) oftentimes are the single point of contact for your staff. When you are unhappy with your job and your employees are a bother it gives a bad impression for the overall company. Maybe other HCA hospitals are better, but unfortunately it was a bad experience for me.
