    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in a modern ERP system. Listen to your employees, and then actually implement some of the changes they suggest.

I have been working at Hospital Corporation of America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of resources when working in a big corporate environment. HCA tries to do well for its employees by having access to different resources needed.

    Cons

One of the biggest challenge to any large corporation is the amount of red tape to wade through, levels of authority to process and approve/deny things, and the general "going around in circles." HCA oftentimes fall victim to this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please do more to try to encourage employee appreciation. it is the worker bees who have to get the daily things accomplished for the wheel to keep moving.
