Meet get people as customers and employees but the best part of working here is the discount of forty percent which applies to Hot Topic as well.

Cons

The salary is minimum wage which I guess is okay if you work for the discount but not if you need the money. Management doesn't really seem to care about the staff much.

Advice to Senior Management

Inform yourselves of better methods of handling your staff and how to motivate your employees to not only better themselves but for them to want to stay.
