Best reasons for me... got to listen to great music all the time, a very tolerant and wide variety of workers and customers, reasonable pay for job positions, the managers' meetings in LA.

Cons

Managers are glorified associates, no real responsibility was placed in managers hands, hiring, inventory control, knowing the profitability of the store, coming from another retailer where I was highly involved in the business of running a store, this really wasn't anything but managing to keep bodies in the store.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire store management that can be involved with the business of the store, really educate and drive customer service, hold managers accountable for more of the business. I was really disappointed in the lack of control over my store. Product, it's all over the place, there is a reason the stock is in the toilet, no one really knows what this company sells or represents based upon walking by the windows.
