Pros
The combination of two great companies, Harcourt and Houghton Mifflin, might possibly be salvagable with complete new management from the top down.
Cons
Potential of top management changing is unlikely.
Advice to Senior Management
Top management lacks any successful publishing experience, heading blindly over a cliff.
