Good opportunity to learn about debt and restructuring but limited exit opportunities

Financial Analyst (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

Pros- industry leader in creditor-side restructurings
- good opportunities to get promoted to mid-level
- decent pay considering better work-life balance in LA vs NY

Cons- limited exit opportunities given lack of brand recognition (restructuring analysts tend to get hired by credit hedge funds, but tough to break into PE, VC, and equity HF)
- some tough characters to work for

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
