Strictly for the money.

Pros: Laid back type of restaurant, quantity of customers, free Disneyland… Cons: The managmement and the corporate figures could care less about you. The employee, and the manager, are absolutely replaceable. They do not take into account… Advice to Senior Management: Start hiring your managers from within, instead of managers that do not know how this restaurant runs. Take lesson from Costco and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
