Former Employee – worked at Housing Works

Pros – Relaxed dress code, generous time-off, convivial working environment, high level of commitment to clients.

Cons – Near complete lack of communication from senior management, mid-level management can (but certainly not always) be borderline incompetent, high turnover rate, opportunities for advancement are scarce, appears to be mismanaged.

Advice to Senior Management – Permitting and welcoming feedback might yield a lot of benefits. Overlooking employees cannot be productive in the long-term.
