I worked at Housing Works

Pros

Relaxed dress code, generous time-off, convivial working environment, high level of commitment to clients.

Cons

Near complete lack of communication from senior management, mid-level management can (but certainly not always) be borderline incompetent, high turnover rate, opportunities for advancement are scarce, appears to be mismanaged.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Permitting and welcoming feedback might yield a lot of benefits. Overlooking employees cannot be productive in the long-term.

    I worked at Housing Works

    Pros

People care and do more than what they have to in order to provide services for their clients!

    Cons

At certain times colleagues will feel intimidated by others skills and performance!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For as long as the work environment concentrates on helping the clients get the services that they need, their should be no problem! Clients come first! No matter what! All the indifference about being better than and not understanding people's skills while being envious do not apply! There are those who care about the clients and their lives! Interpersonal should be addressed at all times!
