    The benefits are good I appreciate the wellness programs

    Cons

    Compensation for clerical employees and merit increase is so not fair! People have to live! and to much much politics which leaves the hard working employees out in the cold.

    staffing is not always great, pressure on nurses as patient satisfaction seems to be the most important thing to Methodist
