Job was really easy, but the heat really drains you. They gave lousy raises.

ProsFriendly staff and supervisors. Manager sucked.

ConsManager did not care about you and they wanted too much from you with little pay.
Lonestar Program+
Department wasn't consistent. write-ups were given to you months after something happened.
Staff needs to be trained better.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize staff more and give better raises.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
