Cons – It is very difficult to obtain a position as a HHMI investigator. Also, working in an HHMI lab can at times be stressful.

Advice to Senior Management – Please continue to maintain the high standards of this fantastic organization. People affiliated with HHMI labs are very proud and I want this tradition to continue.
