Current Employee – been working at Huawei Technologies
Pros – A high tech company with promising future. Huawei is a world-leading telecom solutions provider focused on building long-term partnerships with telecom operators. It now serves 35 of the world's top 50 operators, along with over one billion users worldwide. The company is committed to providing innovative and customized products, services and solutions to create long-term value and growth potential for its customers.
Cons – The workload sometimes is a little heavy. Give the employees more spare time to enjoy their life.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider more voice from the low level employees
