Pros
According to the current trend in Turkey. Huawei will be the number 1 vender in this region. and it will be a good opportunites to part of this team.
Cons
They haven't started to think Globally. They are tring to act like global player, but local emploees are not happy with the current situation. If you are Chinese, you are luck because, they have more right then other for regional offices. You can not forcast your future career plan. If they change this mentality, they will be more strong.
Each office, there is two companies, one local , one chinesse
Advice to Senior Management
They have to merge local people and chinese people. And they have to give more responsibilities to locals. Trust is the key.
