Pros

The benefits are pretty good. I would say they are competive with most companies.

Cons

The salary is not competive and you get almost no feed back from your supervisor about your job performance. They also never offer internal jobs to local employees, but prefer to bring people from their headquarters in China. They also expect employees to pay for company related things out of pocket, and then take weeks to reimburse them for it.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicating with your employees is the key to loyalty and hard work. If you never tell your employee they are doing a good job or that you appreciate them, they will fail to see why they should work harder than only what is expected of them.
