Pros

Learning is very fast. Responsibilities given at very initial stage. Get to work on many modules and learn them quickly.

Cons

Planning by higher management is very bad. No personal life. Horrible work hours and weekend work also. No respect given to young people by higher management. Manager expect you to sit till late night even though there will be no work.

Advice to Senior Management

Please see the US , European, and Indian companies and learn to give space for personal life too. And instead of looking at schedules make sure about the quality. Should have more transparency. Plan properly without taking into account holidays.
