Its leading postion in telecommuniction equipment market in China as well worldwide.

Cons

Internal mangement is not good enough.Procedures in handling with equipment delivering is not well-designed.Complex as it is just make workers hard to find the right person to do the right job in right time.Efficiency is hurt by this.
Another thing is that more attention is paid on just several KPI figures,which is not so well to cover every facelet of work.Things beyond the KPI areas are no longer got enough improved.

Improvement or ability of middle level of management teams should get more work to do.
