Pros

Salary. But you have to work 27 Hours Per Day . Thats is't

Cons

Too much work pressure specially from Agile Projects.

Advice to Senior Management

Please treat the employee as Human , It doesnt mean that you are paying more and treat as slave. You will get 1 day leave for your marriage and you have to report very next day of your marriage,
