Every one has to be present in office by 8.30 Sharp. If delivery leaders are bad they can ask you to go home. even though you have left last night by 3.30.
can go to any cheap level to get their work done. Will call you from all the possible unknown numbers to reach you.
Put a spy behind you to know where you are going for lunch, how much time you are on desk.
No internet connection on your machine. You need to do remote login on server to check your mails or browse internet. You cannot copy or download things from net.
Bad things on the name of IS violations.
Worst managers, delivery leaders, ICT, Directors.
Here you are treated like a robot and not a human being.
Not at all human touch in life. Not at all good place for married persons.
If other company is paying even 20% less than Huawei please join there.
Never ever come and spoil your life.

Advice to Senior Management

Its useless to tell anything to management.
They can share their success with employees and exploit less.
Have human atmosphere at work place.
More than 12 HRs of work should be prohibited.
