    Pros

*Lots of opportunity if you are willing to work 60+ hours a week.
*Average benefits, which is better than most places these days.

    Cons

    *Training is severely lacking.
*No real plan for new hires. They just throw you in a chair and let you do whatever you want.

    Advice to Management

*Have a batter training program or don't hire people unless you have work for them to do.

  2. Top Heavy Corporate Office, Mediocre culture.

    Pros

Large organization, some opportunities for advancement. Easy to get to from I-88. Near many lunch options.

    Cons

Sometimes, there is definitely a "Boys Club" atmosphere to things, easy to feel like you are on the outside.

    Advice to Management

Try being more inclusive with the employees. Don't invite some employees in a department to the corporate holiday party, but not others.
