I worked at Hubspot as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Very nice working environment, supportive culture and competitive salary. The idea of inbound marketing is still new to a lot of people, there's a very big potential for the company. Really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

There's no meal provided. However, the super competitive salary, unlimited snack bar and espresso machine can basically give you all you need.

Advice to Management

Nothing particular

    Pros

Working at HubSpot is great because, more than anything else, the people who work there are world class. There's something to learn from everyone, and it's also the most fun group of people I've ever worked with.

    Cons

As often happens with really smart people, there's a certain degree of ego and flakiness. Some people can be hard to work with and it's sometimes difficult to nail down a hard answer.

    Advice to Management

Include more women in upper management, but stop feeling that you deserve a pat on the back every time you do so.
