Pros

Global brand, experienced people leading by example and very much focused on talent management and retention.

Cons

3 different business lines so a bit of 'us versus them' attitude.

    Pros

    Given a lot of trust and freedom
    Low level of power difference; managers easier to talk to, CEO is just "an ordinary guy"

    Cons

    Not doing well when compared with other exec. search firms
    Lots of bureaucracy, often goes for days waiting aimlessly for a decision to be made

    Pros

    At one time (years ago) this was a good place to work....hasn't been in 2+ years

    Cons

    I have never been treated so poorly by an employer! There were numerous accounts of unethical behavior and actions taken by upper management (including VP/Executive level) and HR that were ignored. When bringing it to HR/Legal/Management, I was informed that I would be fired if I 'brought these issues up again' and that exact thing happened. I am glad I no longer work with people who don't have morals/ethics and will screw you at the slightest chance they get to cover their own job. For being a company that is publically traded, I am surprised that they haven't been investigated for their blatant disregard of employee/employment laws.
